About Us
Owner of an open-pit quarry, Pedra Alva began its operations in 1984, initially focused on stone extraction. This quarry is located at the foot of the Serra de Aire, where the region's limestone, known as "Creme de Fátima" and "Creme Casal," is extracted. Blocks extracted from the open-pit quarry, using diamond wire or stone saws, are transported to the production line for further processing.
Our Process
Pedra Alva offers a wide range of materials, including not only standard products (blocks, slabs, and tiles) but also custom work.
Currently, the entire process of stone extraction and transformation, from packaging to transportation to the customer, is carried out by this company, which employs about 30 specialized professionals.
